memory maker purchase after trip...quick help please?

I wasn't sure where to post this question, sorry if this is in the wrong place I am stressed: my photopass pictures are only available until tomorrow (Dec. 2) I did not purchase memory maker in advance, but decided at the last minute that I want too many pictures......I chatted with tech support and they assured me I could purchase MM after my trip to download all my pictures....as long as I paid the $199 price and my pics were still visible in MDE. I did purchase the memory maker and I see it under reservations in MDE, but it is not letting me download my pictures and videos. Am I missing something?? Photopass support is not in until tomorrow and I am nervous since my pics expire tomorrow....

What is it saying when you try to download them? What device are you trying to use to get the photos?

I am on an iPad, and I cannot remember the exact wording, but once you sign in and go into where all your photos are, did it show all your photos with the watermarks on them and did it come up with something that said something like...do you want to use your memory maker entitlement? Once I clicked that, it removed the watermarks and I am able to download. Do you have a smartphone? You can also access them through the MDE app.
