memory maker missing pictures

I am going through my memory maker photos and somehow on test track we have pictures of someone else and not us. Can they usually help find pictures that should be tied to us, or is it a lost cause?

Contact Disney...in 2014 we were missing a few pictures...I think they were our pics of enchanted tales with belle and the pics of us on the pirates and pals fireworks with peter pan and hook and smee...they were able to track down all our pics within like 3 or 4 days.

Yes, they can typically find the pictures. The web form appears to be down (again), but you can call them: 407-560-4300

They can definitely track them down, as long as there wasn't a problem with the system when they were taken. I have found that it is helpful when you can tell them the approximate time that you rode and what you were wearing (it is helpful to me to use other photos as a guide, like if my missing ride is between getting photos on main street and riding 7DMT, I have an approximate time and the description of what I was wearing). I have only once in 8 weeks worth of trips have them not be able to locate photos at one location.

We have always had good luck with them finding our photos. It happened on both Space Mountain and on magic shot in AK on our 2014 trip. Just make sure you can give them lots of details - time, what you were wearing, etc.

Whenever I've had missing photos they've been linked back to my account within a day using this form

They can usually find them. The link and number others have posted are where you want to contact, and what lizard1 said about knowing what you were wearing and an approx. time is extremely helpful. Just remember it is explicitly stated that Disney isn't responsible for any missing pictures if they can't recover them, as there may have been a problem with the systems at the time.

They usually get ours wrong, I've always deleted them and not bothered trying (we get enough photos otherwise anyway)

This happened to us last week and we were told the best way is to email them at DisneyPhotoPass_support@DisneyWorld.com Let them know the date, where the picture was taken, and the clothes that you were wearing. We had good luck getting most of ours but they couldn't find our Frozen picture. Actually they found a picture of us while we were stopped on the ride from a totally different day, but not the actual picture that is taken. Good luck!
