Hi there - can anyone help me with downloading the memory maker photos to a laptop SD card, in a couple of steps instead of individually please?

Thanks All!

I had the same question last week, so I called the help desk. They were able to "activate" it and I could download them in sets. Still not all in one click, but only 7 or 8 instead of 720. The CM told me that if I had downloaded just one picture, there would have been a pop up noticing I had memory maker and asking if I wanted to activate it. That activate is what allows you to do more than one at a time.

Once you log on to MyDisneyPhotoPass.com, there will be a 'Download Photos' button towards the top right of the screen (beneath where is says "All Photos (#)"). If you click that button, a Preparing Photos for Download box will appear. Click 'Download' to continue. The site will create one or more zip files which will be available to download on the "My Downloads" page. For some reason, not all photos/videos are included in the zip files. IIRC, Magic Shots may be some that are excluded.

This is one of my pet peeves with Memory Maker/Photopass. You have only two options, download them all or one at a time. For annual pass holders or people who travel more than once in a year, that means you either have to download load photos you've already downloaded or just download the photos from your most recent trip, one at a time. I wish there were an option to download photos added since last time, or something like that.

The problem for us was when I clicked "download photos," it was only giving me 19 out of 600 and something photos, and no, it wasn't 19 zip files, it was only 19 photos. That's when I knew something else had to be done.

How long do photos stay active in the account for annual passholders?

Yup, this is a problem. After my next trip there will be 4 trips worth of photos (over 1000 right now) - makes downloading a full day special affair to make sure none are missed. I wish we could select the days photos we want to download and then only download those.
