We got MM free with the AP deal but I can't figure out how to do it. I went to the "My Reservations" section, which has our MM confirmation number and says who its assigned to (DH), and clicked on the "View and Download my photo pass photos" but don't know how to get my photos without paying for them. I add them to the cart, but it doesn't recognize that we have MM. Our first photos expire on Wednesday. Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

I clicked on them imdividually to edit some of the pictures, it gives you the option to download it but it was such a pain I ended up buying the 29.95 disk. Lol

Go to www.mydisneyphotopass.com, log in and follow the instructions. You can edit and download all your pictures from here. I did NOT find it difficult to do and I am not exactly a techy guru.

The instructions above. You can download all at the same time as well (depending on how many it will download into zip files of a certain amount....we had 200ish so it was 3 zip files).

It was pretty simple (and with Disney tech stuff that isn't always the case)

I didn't see any instructions The link took me back to my photos page. I click on a pic and it says download but then says its $14.95 and gives me the option to add to my cart. I added a few to my cart to see if it would credit it to $0 on checkout, but that didn't work either. My MM is on my reservations page, but its not recognizing it when I try to download my photos. I did PP+ in Nov and it seemed easier than this since the credit was already in my cart.

Are you logging in to your account when you access the page? So, you click on Disney World when it asks where your pictures were taken, then sign in, then you can see your pictures, right?

There should be a link to download and there shouldn't be a charge. You don't have to add anything to your cart to download. Are you the purchaser of the MM? My DD could view our photos but only I could download them for free since the MM was linked to my MDE account.

It is assigned to DH, but the MM with confirmation number is listed on the "My Reservations and Tickets" section of my MDE. Was your MM and confirmation number listed in the "My Tickets and Reservations" section of your daughters MDE? If so, I guess a will have to have it reassigned but there is no link to do so like the help sections says there should be.

When we checked in we asked them how to link it to my MDE and she said to put in our room confirmation number on MDE. I went to do that but it was already showing up on my "Reservation and Tickets" section by the time we got to the room. I thought we'd be good to go. Ugh I hate calling tech.

Only your DH will be able to download the photos then. Does he have an account? Can he not log in and download them?
