Memory Maker for a large group?

I'm interested in getting Memory Maker for my family on our next trip. We'll be traveling with some extended family members. Can we all share one Memory Maker or does each family need to purchase their own?

You can share, but you'll have to all link your Magic Bands (and, by extension, your PhotoPass access) to the same MDE account. Only one person will be able to do the downloads, but you can do it multiple times during the download period. And, assuming you have a cd/dvd drive, you should be able to burn all the files to disc for the other members of your family who want them!

What do you mean by only one person being able to do the downloads? Does that mean that only one person could go to the photo kiosk and ask for pics to be put on account? Or only one person can download all the pics at the end?
Just wanting to clarify.
