Memory Maker Download Problem

I cannot figure out how to download all the photos at once. Am I missing something? Before I tediously go through all 600 photos and download them I want to make sure this is not user error. Thanks.

On the righthand side of MyDisneyPhotoPass.com is a button labeled 'Download Photos'. Click that and then click 'Download' on the pop up window that appears.

This only works on the website. If using the MDE mobile app, you have to download one at a time.

I tried that but it is only allowing me to download some of the photos. There are a bunch, almost 120, that aren't captured.

You are the one who purchased the package, right? Friends and family can't download all at once.

For any missing photos, just contact their customer service and they'll be able to find them for you.

Instead of downloading yourself, does anyone know how much the CD costs?

Yes, I am primary on the account. It shows I have 600 pictures but when I go to download it says preparing 480 for download. So I can't be sure I am getting all of them.

I believe some of the 'photos' available for download are just stock photos of each theme park. I encountered a similar issue upon my return a few weeks ago. I double checked all of the pictures I downloaded and all of the ones of my family were there.

If you've purchased Memory Maker or have an annual pass that has the photopass download entitlement, you can purchase an archive disc of your photos.

we just got the CD for our pix from our August trip, and they were all there nice and sharp, including whatever borders and stickers I added to some. Very well worth the $30! And there's a second disk in the set with some very nice stock pix from the parks and resorts, too.
