Memories vs. Escape Collection Pricing

I've looked all over the Disney Wedding website for pricing information for the Memories and Escape Collection, and can't find it. Do you know what the 2013 pricing is? How far in advance they allow you to book for each? Thanks!

Holding your Escape event on a Saturday or Sunday triggers a minimum expenditure of $8,000. The package price counts toward it.
