51 people: 28 adults, 23 kids...but I think more have joined since then.

Btw.. Is it okay if I pass on FE? I just don't think I am going to have enough time to put this together? I think my hands are going to be full making all my magnets for our door.

Princess E, sorry for the scattered posts. Had to be at work at 6am and tried to write early when brain not working, not a good idea. Did you include the new Make a wish family in the FE? Also, looks like Monster24 is not going to participate, so we need to change the numbers to show that. Thanks!

Hi Again!

Ok following is our updated everything.

Let me know what everyone thinks but I propose that we set a cut off date of Monday May 11th at 10pm. Any lurkers who want to join please post now!!! Anyone who comes on the site before then we add to the FE if they want, after that any new people can join us at the meets but not be able to participate in the FE (just so that we are able to do a final headcount and purchase and prepare and pack...)
Any thoughts on that????

My current headcount (removing momster from the FE and adding candice) is 56 total people. I thought I heard someone say to count the 14+ yr olds as adults- figuring that, I count: 32 adults total (16m, 16f) and 24 kids total (13 and younger- 13boys, 11girls).

Let me know if anything needs updated!

Kelly Lou, the cutoff sounds good to me (for Monday). That gives everyone plenty of time to get their FEs ready!

Okay, I'm getting in the groove about the Fish Extender thing and I see we have Wednesday. What do we do that day, bring little goodies for everyone? Just checking to make sure I'm on target with the task and I put it on the "to do" list! We're new so I want to be in the groove!

Yes, she is. That was one reason I told all that she had been added to my room.

She is excited. She has not been on a vacation in over 11 years.

Went shopping today for some of my vacation basics. Will start pulling things out to pack (hopefully) in the next couple of days.

I figured out why my numbers were so off, I had included jenelabri (Jennifer)
and candlemakerw/twins (name?). Are they not participating?

Ha ha, "get it all done" ... I haven't even started. In fact, I have to "find" my summer stuff first. It's hot today, but it's been a miserable rainy cold spring in Philly this year. I'll go nuts two days before we leave. I don't know why I do this to myself.
