memorial ideas for a disney lover?

My uncle recently passed away and as a way to honor him, my cousins and their kids and grandkids are going to WDW. My uncle loved WDW and they have lots of wonderful family memories there. I'm looking for an idea for me and my siblings to give some sort of memorial gift to them.

I know they used to do memorial bricks, but don't know if they are around anymore. I could do an experience for my cousins. We could do a donation to some sort of make a wish organization. I'm looking for any idea that would incorporate my uncle's interest and their family's memories.

Any ideas?

The first thing that came to mind for me was a Disney scrapbook that they can put their WDW photos in. Something like this maybe.

A donation to Give Kids the World in his name would be a nice way to honor him. Sorry for your loss.
