So how bad is Universal on the Sunday before Memorial Day and Memorial Day. I am thinking of adding 2 days into the end of our Disney trip. Disney is kind of set in stone right now with us checking out Sunday. We would hopefully be staying Sunday and Monday nights at Royal pacific with express pass with most of the day Sunday (as soon as we uber over from Disney), all day Monday, and a partial day Tuesday til we leave for a 5 pm flight. We will mostly be focusing on rides. No big Harry Potter fans. Would appreciate any help!

It will be pretty crowded but I believe you can certainly do both of the parks in the time you have allotted. Especially if you weren't that interested in HP. Those areas get the most crowded. If you're willing to do it I think you would enjoy it. Go big or go home!

That's when we always go...we stay at the RP. Like HM said, it is busy; but not "OMGosh summer in Magic Kingdom-busy" IMO.

The Harry Potter areas are definitely busy, but I've yet to see them so full they turn people away during Memorial Day crowds.

Thanks for the replies! I bit the bullet and changed our flights, booked the hotel this morning! None of us have ever been before and while we will like to try the rides in the Harry Potter area, none of us are huge fans, so we won't need as much time there as alot of people. Good to hear that with Express Pass 2 and 1/2 days should be doable!
