Memorial Day Weekend

Anyone gone to the parks Saturday-Monday (Memorial Day)? I'm guessing most passes will be blocked?

How were the crowds... I'm trying to plan our May vacation. This is our plan:

Wed 05/23/18: fly into SD
Thur: SD Zoo
Fri: SD Wild Animal Park, drive to Anaheim
Sat: Disney
Sun: Disney
Mon: Disney
Tues: head north

For the last several years, Memorial Day weekend has been the kick-off to the summer season. Yes, there are AP blockouts (SoCal and SoCal Select are blocked on Fri-Mon, Deluxe are blocked Sat-Sun), but the Signature, Signature Plus, and Premier APs are valid. Moreover, it is a three day weekend for many folks, so there are a lot of guests traveling to the parks that weekend. I think it's possible to have a lot of fun, just go knowing that there will be crowds.
