Memorial Day Weekend Crowds

Hi Everyone!

So my family has never been to DL before and I'm thinking of bringing them for a day when they're in town visiting. Is there any day of Memorial Day weekend (Sat-Mon) that is better than another crowd-wise? We may do a park hopper, but if the crowds are going to make every ride an 1 hour+ we may just not go at all since my mom has bad knees and a bad back.

Any advice would be appreciated!

It is going to be a pretty busy weekend. Your best bet would be to pick a day and go as soon as the parks open. They are usually reasonably crowded the first few hours. Saturday opening at 9 might be good because many people may still be tired from the 24 hour party the night before. Sunday opens at 8, usually the parks start to get crowded around 11
