Memorial Day Sat - Tues

There are 2 women (each with one young child) going to the World for the Memorial Day week-end. They want to go to the parks for 2 days (one day passes, no hoppers). I am thinking they should go to MK and AK, however, I'm not sure which days they should go to each.

They are not staying on-site they cannot take advantage of early entry.

AK is open until 7:00 on Sunday, but I am not sure why (I've never seen this before). So it seems like it would be good to go on Sunday. However, Spectro is only on Sunday, not Monday or Tuesday.

Due to the holiday crowd, I think that perhaps Mon & Tues are the better days to go... but I'm not sure.


Any ideas on what 2 days to go between Sat - Tuesday at the end of May?

I am not an expert by any means but it seems to me that Tuesday will be a better day to do a park since the crowds will thin slightly after the long holiday. I would probably do the Mk thing on Sunday to see spectromagic and fireworks. I personally think I might choose MGM or Epcot over AK for my other park. MGM has several shows (Beauty and the Beast, Little Mermaid, and Disney Morning shows (bear, rolie polie, etc))that can be mixed with things such as muppets, the honey I shrunk playground (if it is open) great movie ride. Characters are there and then parades. If the kids like crafts, Epcot has kid crafts in each country and lots for moms to enjoy. Plus lots of entertain to stop and see and plays to relax, even a fountain to play in to cool off.

MGM is having Star Wars Weekends that friday thru sunday if either of the kids is into that.
