Our recent trip was enhanced by the pervasive professionalism and courtesy of the CMs. Wearing our "Happy Anniversary" buttons, we must have had over 100 greetings from CMs. The generosity and kindness of Samantha at the Grand Floridian will never be forgotten. Kudos aslo to Lonnie at the American Adventure, Penny at the Grand Floridian and staff at the California Grill!
