My hubby's account and my children's account were shut down and hubby sent an email asking about his account.
He got an email stating that ALL accounts in our household had to send them verification that we lived in the house and that we were over 18.
Memolink is the only program my children were signed up for, so I'm assuming at the time there was no age requirement (except maybe over 13).
Does anybody recall??
I'm willing to allow the kids' accounts to be shut down if there truly was an age requirement, but I'll be pissed if they shut down mine and hubby's account!!!
Does anybody remember if there is an over 18 requirement for Memolink???
