Membership Transfer

I want to give my points (property) to my son. Does anyone have any experience or advice on this. As any property transfer I know there is legalize to take care of but what do I need to inform Disney of, and when?

Disney can do the whole thing or you can save some money and do it yourself. Contact member administration for specific info.

You can do it yourself for about $50 (1 contract). I think DVC charges $450. LT transfers will do it for $95 plus mailing and recording. There are others cheaper than Disney but more than LT.
