I'm wondering how this "30 day" photopass works exactly? I'm annual passholder that goes twice a year, and have been paying for photopass when I purchased the AP.
After speaking with Photopass customer service, my understanding is that you get Memory Maker for one consecutive period of 30 days, starting the day it is activated. I you take two trips, you need to buy MMB with another account or another Memory Maker package.

Do you know what you have to do to activate it?

I have an annual pass with the photopass option.
When I was there in January for Marathon weekend, there were a couple of photos that came through that were future dated - beyond the expiration of my annual pass (11/1/25 vs 1/11/25, so dd/mm used instead of mm/dd like we use in the US). Those two photos had a watermark on them. I think whenever I clicked on those pictures there was a button below them asking if I wanted to activate the memory maker (instead of being able to download if the pictures did not have a watermark).
So I think once you have pictures taken, you will be given the option to activate at that time.

So it is kind of worthless compared to just pay the $100 for Photopass for the year of the AP. I hope you can add it to the AP you renewal when you pay for the AP with points. If not, the Beyond service is really not of any major value to me.

That is where I landed...buy PhotoPass with the AP. Do not buy MMB if the only value is the Memory Maker. Unless you don't have AP, then buy MMB for a Memory Maker for one 30 day period.

We actually never add PhotoPass to our AP’s. Capturing my 537th time on Space (or just about any other ride for that matter) just lost its appeal over time. Photos were never printed out and even electronic versions were forgotten a few months after a trip. With DVC you visit the parks so often that capturing unique moments you may never experience again lose their urgency somewhat. We might take a photo in front of the castle or the Christmas tree, but that’s about it.

This year, however, on one of our trips we have extended family joining us for a very rare trip (for them as they live in Scotland), so we’ll definitely take advantage of the MMB Memory Maker for that.

Will also grab some BOGO OTUP’s as well as some discounted tickets for family to-boot, so we’ll definitely get some value out of MMB.

I generally just add PhotoPass to the AP, it seems reasonable enough, and I never know who may want to go with me on a trip, and they usually like photos.

Forgive me if this has been asked. Does anyone know if I have a split stay, will I be able to access the after hours lounge twice, once for each stay?

Just to save someone else’s mmb is purchased by an individual, not a membership so if you have multiple people on your membership make sure the person who purchases it is the one who will use the benefits. For example I usually handle the administrative end of dvc for our family so I bought mmb. Since I did that, if my parents are in the parks ( also part of our membership) they don’t get priority lounge access because I’m the one who bought it

This has actually already been brought up. This is the reason why you can get the bogo offer more than once - if you own multiple memberships and you and your spouse each buy the membership.

Has this been confirmed? What I mean by this, has someone successfully got two sets of BOGO points?

Sorry if this ends up in a battle of words, but someone can’t buy the bogo offer twice.

But if I buy into the membership then I can get the bogo. If my wife buys in too she can buy the bogo for another one of our membership. That way no single person can buy more than once.

I understand that and think in theory that should work, but has someone successfully done this method yet?

I'm still trying to make up my mind on MMB. We're heading to disneyland in early March for 5 days. Three of us want 5 day parkhoppers but my daughter only wants 3 days (all weekdays). Looking at the MMB site, it's $420 for parkhopper tickets with multipass (plus $99 for MMB, so $519 total. The Disneyland site wants $601 for the same ticket & Undercover Tourist is charging $571. I guess I'll still save $52-82 over the other options. Does this look right or am I missing something?
