Membership cards

We've been members since February and have yet to receive our membership cards. In your experience, how long does it normally take for these to come? DVC does have our correct address, as we receive all normal mailings (the magazine, the discharge of our mortgage, etc.)

Cards are processed in batches by a outside company. Sometimes a week, sometimes several weeks. You can contact Member Administration to verify if they ordered them.

If you joined in February, you should have them by now. I think it took me 3 months, but almost a year can not be right. I would call member services.
