Membership Card(s)

We had quite a collection of the old membership cards as our 4 contracts somehow yielded nearly 20 cards. I'm guessing those are trash now, right?

I requested a new card through the website and 5-6 weeks later received it. I would also like to get a membership card for my wife (who owns jointly with me). Can I request/order that through the site or if not can I request via a phone call?

Only the new blue cards are valid.

On-line you can only request a card for the individual that the on-line account belongs to.

If she has her own on-line DVC account, she can log on and request one. She can also call.

Ok - will toss the old ones. I don't think my wife has or wants a DVC account. I'll try calling in with her. Thanks for the help.

I just emailed them for cards for DH. They arrived 6 weeks or so later

I just "chatted" with member services on the site and they are sending my wife cards. They said 6-8 weeks to receive. Thanks!

I am the primary person on the website and I was able to do a chat with MS to get a card for my husband. It did take the full 6 weeks for both of us to get our cards. It is crazy that in this day and age it takes Disney so long to mail things

Finally got one for my DH. It took several calls, and opening an online account for him, but it finally arrived! First started asking for it at least 6 months ago!
