Membership Card Issuance Question

So my DVC resale purchase closed August 2 and I have been told it will take a minimum of 14 days for Disney to process the membership. Assuming they follow this timeline they should have me in the system on the 16th. My vacation in Disney starts on the 17th (cash purchase). As a new member I do not have an existing membership. My question is, when I show up on the 17th will I be able to get a membership card from the Saratoga preview centre (again assuming Disney manages to complete processing and I am in their system as a member) or do I have to wait for my card in the mail? I would like to be able to take advantage of the DVC discounts on meals and merchandise while on this trip and will definitely not get the one mailed to me until after the trip.

If everything is setup in the system, you should be able to get a member id card at any of the following locations:
Preview Center @ SSR
Community Hall @ BWV
Bay Lake Tower
Animal Kingdom Villas - Kidani Village
