Membership and multiple contracts

Do I have this right?....

In order for multiple contracts to belong to one membership and 1 login, each contract must be titled exactly the same.

If titled the same, different home resorts will be under one membership / login as long as use year is same.

Contracts with different use years will be a separate membership but if titled the same can be managed under one log in.

Does buying direct vs resale change any of the above?

You have it correct and it shouldn't matter resale vs retail. One thing to point out is that for resale, this isn't guaranteed so take steps to make sure it happens if adding to an existing membership resale. Also, make sure that one is set up and set prior to another getting in the system if buying more than one around the same time. While there are a couple of reports of DVC fixing this issue the last year or 2, there are older reports of them refusing to do so when they generally would have been combined.
