The good news is that I can only assume Disney's New Year's resolution to have a better web site lasted a shorter period of time than mine to eat better !
I went on to DVC website to modify a reservation, but I can't even find my March reservation. I linked it to MDE about 2 months ago, but I can't see it on the DVC site to modify.
Sad and embarrassing that a company of this magnitude continues to fail to fix their website for its paying members. They should be forced to stop selling any new DVC until the site is fixed. Then we'll see how fast they move.
I was on hold for like half an hour tonight so managed to get the chat feature working in the site despite the fact that the site itself spun the blue circle of misery. Chat got in in about 10 minutes and the CM was helpful and answered my questions.
