member site down again!!!

Is the DVC member site having down time again where we cant view our upcoming vacations?

Mine are all fine, also. Except the reservation numbers for my xmas trip next week are different from the ones on my confirmation letter, but I called and its just due to the recent update and all are correct and there.

Make sure you are not logged on to any other Disney website. If you are not, clear your browers cache and cookies.

I don't think anyone has actually received their dues billing for 2011, they are likely still working on loading the info into the Member Accounting computer system and preparing the snail mailed bills.

I've been on the member website several times today with out issue. The annual dues are on-line now.

Thanks for letting me know. This is the first time that I have ever had trouble with the page. I have cleared my cache....not sure why I am having difficulty.

Make sure you are not logged on to any other Disney website. That will give you the error you are getting.

Be sure to clear your cookies and your cache. I was having the same problem and when I cleared my cookies it worked just fine. Also like everyone has said if you are logged into another Disney website including ESPN it will cause the same issue.

Clearing cookies worked for me.

I thought 12/19 was one of the dates they announced that the computers were being worked on. I seem to remember an email about 12/1 and 12/19. We arrived at OKW on 12/1 and it was all screwed up at check in because of the computers being down. I suspect that would mess up being able to pay for a day as well.

The December dates were the 1st and 15th.

I just called MS to add a couple days to my res. and they said they couldn't do it, and to call back at 11:30

It finally came back up OI think they were updating our dues.
