What is the deal with member services the past few months? every time i call it's at least a 15 minute wait.it never was like that. the website is terrible (as is disney worlds website as a whole)

I've had a horrible time this week. Called from work a couple times in the late morning/early afternoon & was told it would be a 20-25 minute wait. Around 4:00 yesterday it said 50 minutes. I think they need a couple more people working the phones.

I called yesterday and today. 25 min and 30 min wait. But once I got someone they were great, very patient. I put it on speaker phone and got Disney music stuck in my head!

We had 2 20 minute waits today but the CMs were so nice and very helpful !!
