Member Services?

What are the hours for Member Services? I seem to recall seeing that they were only open on weekdays?

I found the listed days and times for MS, but I see two different sets of operating hours.

My New Member Handbook states ones set of times and my 2007-2008 vacation planner states a slightly different set of days and times.

I guess the Vacation Planner is the most current list?

From the Member website, Member Services hours are:

Monday - Friday
9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. EST
(Thursday until 10:00 p.m.)
Saturday
1:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. EST

Those are the same times as the vacation planner. (maybe they should update the new member handbook).
I should have thought to check the website
I need to call tomorrow to see if my points are posted yet.
