Member services hours?

I've been trying to call MS this morning and its been busy for the longest time. Does anyone know if they are closed on weekends, maybe thats why?

They are open today and everyday from 9CST to 5:30CST

Today is Member Cruise booking so that is why the lines are swamped

I think it's EST (9:00am - 5:30pm) daily - including weekends.

Thanks! I'll just wait a day or 2, had no idea about it being a Cruise booking day! Man thats as bad as free dining!

Today MS is only taking Member Cruise reservations and calls related to arrivals between 11/7 and 11/17.

Member Services adjusts operating hours to book Disney Cruise Line reservations
To accommodate Members who wish to book a 2011 Disney Cruise Line voyage on the Disney Dream, Member Services will be adjusting their operating hours to open at 8 am on Monday, November 9, one hour earlier than regular operating hours. During this additional hour, Member Services will only be booking reservations for the Disney Dream. In addition, Member Services will open at 8 am on Wednesday, November 11 to book holiday cruise itineraries on the Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, and Disney Dream. During this additional hour, Member Services will only be booking Disney Cruise Line reservations. For all other transactions, Members can call Member Services during our standard operating hours of 9 am to 5:30 pm EST, Sunday through Saturday.

You had to click the link for the Member Cruise to get the restrictions for today. The bulk of what was on that page was removed once the Member Cruise sold out.
