Member services frustration

I hope you took screenshot of your previous reservation. Get in tough with member services AND your guide immediately.

I did !! Thank god I did !! Is this typical ? Does this happen often ? Literally all of our documents are IDENTICAL, I went through every page ( I read contracts from top to bottom ) the only difference is the interest is a half point lower - which seems to be a good thing because it lowered pricipal balance at 5 year mark

I am so sorry and I don't think this happens very often. I really don't remember even hearing about it before. Hopefully, it will be an easy fix!

Member services fixed it, thank god for this forum! If I didn't ask around I wouldn't have known to watch my reservations! Could you imagine, showing up to Riviera with no reservation ! They ended up re-booking me with new confirmation numbers in total different rooms, it took member services over an hour to find a 1 bedroom villa at Riviera to put us in , so much anxiety over this ! So much for a magical welcome home visit! lol! Oh well, its fixed and could have been worse.
