Member Services - DDP add on

I recently used the online MS website to add ME to my daughters April ressie, but I am at a loss to find where on the online website I can add the DDP to the ressie. Do I have to call MS to add the DDP ??

Also, is it just me or is the website not the most user friendly ?? When I access the MS website, it's usually to check on a ressie, add ME, add DDP or get some other specific question answered. Instead I mostly find useless marketing information and recent news which I already know about. I know that age is rapidly eating away at my brain cells, but I find that finding stuff on the website is a real challenge.

There is no specific form or place on the website to add DDP to your existing ressie. However, you can use the Contact button to pull up an email form that you can use for this purpose. Be sur eto include your member number and reservation number, and ask them to add the DDP to that existing ressie.

Chuck, I've never tried that. Do they mail you a new confirmation showing the dining plan has been added or do you receive an email confirmation?

I haven't added the dining plan, but I did add occupants to an upcomming trip via the email. It took about 3 days to get a personal reply from a Member Services CM that the info had been received and on the ressie. You will get an automated response almost immediately that basically "thanks you" for contacting Member Services, sort of a confirmation that the MS email system received it.
