Member Services Closed after 11AM Friday, Oct 11

I'm not sure if there has been a post on this yet. I checked back a week or so and didn't see one. I just got off the phone with MS and there's a recording stating all MS employees have a training session scheduled for Friday, October 11th. Their offices will be closed after 11AM and will reopen normal time on Monday.

Very interesting! Besides the fact that it is a Friday, do you think that it is just coincidence that they chose the 11 month window for September 11 to do this? Perhaps they expect traffic to be even lighter than a usual Friday that day.
