Member Services... busy signal

I don't understand what is going on with Member Services. Calling trying to cancel our trip and reorganize the points for a future trip, and all I get it a busy signal. Can't even get into a queue. Is this common?
This is not my first frustration with member services over the past month. It's frustrating owning DVC and having less than adequate service.... not even stellar... adequate.
If the website functioned properly, the member services line would be far less busy I'm sure. I hope they get it together soon.
 
Cancel the res online and call at a less busy time. Online chat might be able to assist too.
 

From what I've experienced, Sunday morning. I nearly dropped my phone in shock when I got through with no wait at ~11am EST.

I called yesterday morning and spent 2 1/2 hours on the phone to fix a silly problem. But with so many glitches it took way longer than it should. But my 2 1/2 hour call, also meant that one cast member was offline with me and unavailable to take more calls. It's a mess right now. I can't wait for things to return to normal.
