Called this morning to cancel a two night stay at Boardwalk in October and make a reservation for a one night stay at Hilton Head. It was so easy to look it all up online and have the information in front of me when I called. The MS agent I got was very friendly and helpful. I just looked at the Member site again and all my new info is there and everything balances out. Very nice. Great job DVC!
 
I think the web site with all it can do is a big plus. We made a ressie from Florida last week, so I didn't have all in the information with me, and I just took down the ressie number and number of points. Also, a wait list came through last week in our absence as well.

So, last night I took out my notes, went to the web site, checked all of the points in each little contract (we are up to .9!) and it all worked.
