Since this afternoon, I have been getting this error message. Now tonight, it is becoming more frequent and having a hard time trying to modify. Anyone else see this.

Thank you. Im on my ipad and dont have a clue how to do any of that so I fuess I will bring to work and have someone show me or figure it out.

I guess it could be all above since I am constantlt refreshing for hours. Thank you so much!

I've been getting that periodically with Chrome for a week or two.

Edge has had no issues.

I am on Safari at home and Chrome at work. It just loops in Firefox at work. So frustrating.

I use firefox and it did it to me last week 2 or 3 times in a row, cleared cookies and all was good

Me for the past several days on Safari & Chrome. Never had a problem before, now it’s becoming unusable.

In the past, I’ve talked with customer service in the Computer support division about trouble with the website. They told me that first of all, it will usually get your best result if you clear the cookies and website data. Second they said that using Google Chrome in the Incognito mode is the absolute best browser currently, and tends to have less glitches when communicating with their system. Lastly, they said that iPads in particular sometimes to not talk well with their system, Especially when using Safari.

That being said, I probably use my iPad more than any other way of communicating with their program currently and I have not been having a lot of problems when using it with any of my browsers in the last couple of months.

Thank you. This is interesting to me. Would this have any impact on what I could/could not see if I stalk the RAT, which I do ALL DAY at work and when Im hankmg at home in three different browsers for three different scenarios Im trying to fix (I have stalked and was able to piece together a six night stay from January 4-10 at BLT but trying to get January 10-12 there too, even if not same category).

Thank you.

I have had the program do some truly funky things. For example. One time I was trying to make a reservation for someone from Seoul, South Korea. The program absolutely would not list South Korea as one of the countries. Instead it listed only North Korea. I tried everything I could to get it to pop up with South Korea as an option to select for the country. I could not. I called member services and they told me that, no, they had South Korea listed. In fact it was listed right under North Korea.

Now this is a very minor things. It wouldn’t cause problems most of the time. But don’t you think it is strange that one particular bit of data would not be transmitted through my computers when everything else seem to be working fine?
