since the DVC web site is not working, would anyone have a current list
of member benefits/discounts?

We have two perks that I know of the first is free valet parking at DVC resorts the other is pool hopping. Other so called perks are nothing but discounts at various restaurants, hardly perks. I would wait for web-site to come up to get the discounts.

I did not have any troubles getting in this morning plus I just logged in again with no problem! Are you, by chance, using a Mac? There have been complaints from other Mac users about using the Web site.

That might explain the problem. G4 in use here.
