I know this has been a heavily posted topic recently but we closed the 8th and papers were delivered to Disney on the 13 th. So should i start calling 2 weeks after the 8th or the 13th?

Our deed was recorded on the 8th. I called yesterday and was able to get my member number. HOWEVER.... I was not able to make a reservation because my points have not yet loaded. Called again today, still no points. They said they should be loaded within 48 hours. I am hoping that tomorrow is the day!!

I wish I understood why others are getting their member number two weeks after closing. I'm going on three weeks now and still no signs of me in the computer. Is there a better way or different way to get my number

Did you end up getting your member number yet? Just trying to gauge the timeline myself

When did the deed record? You need to count from the date that the deed recorded. Make sure you are pressing option 3. Good luck!

No i still haven't, i emailed fidelity two days ago and disney told her they were processing the files recieved on the 17th and mine was recieved on the 20th. so hopefully tomorrow or saturday

our deed was recorded on the 17th. I called today and the woman was very nice - but not in the system yet. She did say that a letter would be coming. I guess we can wait. Not sure if we'll go in September or January now.

My agent said the transfer was completed last week but i called today and still not in the system. Is there a different option to push on the phone to talk to someone besides reservations to get my number.

Have you found your deed on the Orange County Comptroller's site? When was it recorded? Which number did you select when you called in? About 12 days after recording, you should call in and select option 3 for Member Accounting to get your member ID.

It was recorded on the 13th, but I've been selecting option 1 I'll try option 3 and see if I can get anywhere.

i finally got my number and activation code yesterday as well
