Member Number/Online access

I closed about 3 weeks ago on my Saratoga Springs timeshare. I called disney member services and got my member number. I have tried numerous times to get them to set me up for online access and they will not. They keep telling me that I will get my member number in the mail one day and the online access code in a couple of days after that. All I have received so far is the Disney Vaction Club planner reservation tool 2012 book. There was no member number or anything like that. When do you think I should receive the other stuff in the mail. Thanks!

Try calling Member Administration.

Call the broker you worked with and request that they contact Disney for your member number. They can get the number from DVC for you (usually before it is ever mailed).

Try calling member services and select option 2 then 2 again on the phone menu. It worked for me and others on here since it was heir advice I was following. I told the CM I was just checking on things and he said he would look and after about 30 seconds he came back with all my info. Good luck.
