Member Day..More ??? (sorry)

Was wondering if they have activities all day long or just in the evening? Can the lanyard and pin only be picked up at the BBQ or do they offer it all day?
Sorry for all the questions. Thanks in advance for the info.

We picked up our lanyards at 5:30 at BWV. I am not sure if they were still doing them at the BBQ or not. I didn't go there.
