Member Cash Nights

Trying to get a 1BR at VWL for a weekend in early Dec using the member cash rate. When I call MS there is nothing available. The CM can not say if they are sold out or not released yet. Does anyone have any experience with this. We were able to secure a Studio on member cash back in May for the same time frame

I would call back. I understand that December is a very busy time, but who knows. I recently had a person from MS tell me that there were no cash rooms available for a Sat night in March 2008 at VWL - I called back 2 minutes later and another CM from MS booked the room on cash for me (they don't know the rate though, so I doubt it will be really discounted the week after Easter - I just wanted the room from MS and not CRO b/c it is in the middle of a vacation and I don't want to have to switch rooms).

Weekends in early December are very popular with the locals. Did you check CRO?

Keep calling. When we made our december reservations at OKW we booked the fri./sat. between Christmas ~ Ney Years on cash to save some points. Got it 11 months out, with the 25% member discount.

So far I've only been able to get my Sat inbound but not my Fri outbound on a member rate.

Friends are booked at VWL in early Dec & can't get any either.

My understanding is that if they feel all rooms will be booked then there is no need to offer the disc rate. Maybe it's a wait & see game?
