Member card- benefit?

This DVC rookie has another question. When I looked at my virtual membership card on the DVC website, it said that I had pool hopping benefit. So when I stay at the boardwalk, I can pool hop to the beach club?

Sorry, pool hopping was suspended when the resorts reopened from Covid, and it hasn't returned. So no, at this time you can't hop to any pool.

And even when pool hopping was allowed, Stormalong Bay at the Y&B was on the list of "no hopping allowed" pools. And that list got longer all the time.

They didn’t change it on the card because it possible that it will come back at some point but per DVC it’s officially still just suspended

But, pool hopping is defined on the website and it tells you what pools are elgible for the perk, when it exists.

Many DVC pools are not part of it and as mentioned pools at BC have always been excluded from the perk.
