Member Administration?

I have been trying to contact Member Administration for over 2 weeks. I keep getting the recording that the office is "temporarily closed." What gives? I have reached out to them via email several times, and have gotten no response.
 
Unfortunately email is the only way to attempt to contact them and they are very slow to get back to you (if at all apparently).
 
Thanks - good idea. I'm going to do that. I'm sure they'd reach out real fast if I didn't pay my dues this year! I don't mean to sound "entitled," but I do find it appalling that they do not have one person available to speak with on the phone about membership issues.
I agree, especially when it's a sensitive issue such as yours. It must be especially difficult dealing with your loss and this too.

Thank you. I emailed member satisfaction and Bill Dierksen yesterday and have not received a response yet. I will give them until tomorrow before I have my attorney reach out. It's horrible that I am trying to deal with this on top of mourning my sister.
 
FINALLY after multiple emails to both member administration and guest satisfaction and an urgent letter from my attorney, I received an emailed response from DVC. To say that I am disappointed with DVC member administration is an understatement.
