I've made some goals for next week and if I can do them I KNOW I can work my way to being on a roll for loss.
Atleast I know what I did wrong. Missed filing food in on sparkpeople. That journaling really helps me out so that I can watch things if I do have a slip up during the day.
Hopefully will avoid the health issues of increased BP.

Sounds like you have a great plan in place! 
I have had a loss of appetite lately though.



Has been rough but while living at my moms a I gained about 10 lbs back.
lazy lunch I didn't want to waste anything and was fixing for me only)

You have a good plan for exercise and you know what you need to do eating wise. Try having healthy things to snack/eat and just don't even buy the junk stuff. Then it isn't so tempting to eat the "easy" foods.
