Melissa at the Poly is "da bomb"

Hi all,

Had to tell everyone that Melissa at the Polynesian concierge is fabulous. She was so friendly and relaxed. I could tell she really knew what she was doing and it made me feel great. She is the best!!!!

I LOVE when I have her as my planner! Marilyn and Aida are also terrific, but Aida took a personal leave so hasn't been around. From some of the things I've read on the concierge thread it looks like Matt at Poly IPO is also doing a great job. Having just spoken w/Melissa yesterday I know she checks these boards periodically - why don't you post your thanks on the Thank You thread on the community board. She'd probably get a big kick out of it.

In our conversation this morning I told her that I was going to start a new thread in her name....she laughed....but after I was done I e-mailed her and told her where to look for her own personal thread....she sent a thank you!!


I just hope when I check in I don't get that guy that plays gameboy behind the desk and ignores the guests. Everytime I read that I can't believe he still works there!!!

I'm scared of that happening to me too...I have the feeling i won't have that problem, but I really hope I dont run into that guy, I might just go off on him!

I agree, Melissa is great!
It's ashame I had such a bad experience last year and I still wonder whether that horrible CM is still there.
It still bothers me to this day that nothing was done for us, especially since it was our second year with them but it's over with now.
Melissa does know her job and she always has a smile on her face. Glad to hear she's still the same. She's one of the very few.

HUGE meilssa fan here. Never talkerd to her, but she has left a few messages. we have communicated via email. I've been a pain in the **** for a couple of requests, and she has been extremely kind and helpful. (i changed CC #'s and had to switch over a bunch of PS's...plus, bought Breakfast vouchers, so I will need a refund from CRT..etc...) SHe is awesome!
