Just back from seeing HP Deathly Hallows Part 2 and now super hyper for my holiday next year!!!

Saw it yesterday morning in 3D and it was great.

I saw it on Friday. Except for the final battle, I thought it was well done. Still not nearly as good as the books.

I've intentionally not read the books so I could watch the film unfold without making too many "so that's different" comparisons. Felt the way I did reading the book, having to remind myself to breathe and blink at points!!! It was watching it unfold with the same feeling as reading the book as I could only very hazily remember some of it, so vaguely that it felt like seeing/reading it for the first time, devouring it to find out what happens next.

We saw the movie (Part 2) yesterday, and now we are really looking forward to going later this year.

Not sure if the kids will be up for riding DD, and maybe not evan FJ, but we'll see.

I think they will like the buildings, stores, and will want to try ButterBeer. If we can get out of Olivander's with one wand a piece, I'll count myself lucky !!!
