Meeting the Disney character's

Hello All Disney Fans,

My husband and are are giong to WDW in May 2007 Staying at POR.
And one of My Favorite character's is Malefient from the movie Sleeping Beauty, every time we go to WDW i look for her but i never seem to find her
i realy would like to take a picture with her. Can someone tell me where to find her or give me any info, or is there a specific Disney Cast Member that i could talk to.

I have always read to go to Guest Services and ask them about specific characters.
I don't ever recall seeing her though. My DS wants to meet the characters from Kingdom Hearts (video game) but I've only seen picutres from MNSSHP.

Maleficent is a tough one to find! Halloween parties at Magic Kingdom in September/October are the best bet, but obviously that won't help on a February trip! Someone back in June saw Maleficent in Fantasyland behind the Castle on an Extra-Magic hour night, but that was incredibly freaky rare! Sometimes rare "face" characters appear at the Big Hat at MGM, but no one has reported seeing Maleficient there in a long time.

You can try Guest Services, but sometimes they have no information about rare characters and will always just tell you "sorry, not appearing". I have had them tell me a character wasn't appearing, and then I run into them minutes later! Well, hope you hit on a lucky week when Malelficent is out!

Walk up to any cast member and they'll call in on the character hotline. They'll tell you when and where to meet Maleficent. I hope she's in a good mood.
