Since Disney does it a little different every year I thought we could share experiences at the different parks here so people can plan ahead.
Please share your 2025 experience.
Saturday (11/15) I went to HS to meet Santa. He is located this year inside Walt Disney Presents (a gold sign outside the entrance said "Meet Santa Claus" so you know you're on the right track). He's located in the back so keep walking past all the Walt displays & memorabilia (you go the same way coming out so you'll see it again). I happened to arrive right before 10am which I didn't know was the opening time so I joined a line already formed in the lobby area. At 10am when it opened people start walking into the que area to wait. I was stopped right at the entrance from the lobby after they let the line in (the start of the ride if you will) & the CM told me from that point it's about 40 minutes. That was a very accurate time guess given that this line doesn't move fast. I appreciate that Santa takes his time with each group, but again prepare to be standing & not moving much (the que is floor to ceiling walls so not much to see). I will say Santa was fabulous! I am a solo adult who just likes to get a few pictures every year but Santa chatted with me like all the other families & it was fun.
I hope to make it back for Santa at AK since it will be the last year in Dinoland & I heard that is a fun background.
