Meeting Meeko

Is there anywhere in any of the parks or the hotels where you can meet Meeko from Pocahontas?

While he appears in the adventure friends cavalcade he doesn’t regularly meet….

He used to sometimes be at characterpalooza but that hasn’t happened since Covid, as far as I’m aware.

They have had a few random unannounced pop ups in a similar nature by American Adventure & at some resorts recently probably due to more meets returning & party season happening

have not recently seen Meeko regularly available anywhere for meeting. He's around sometimes, but no scheduled meets.

I really wish they had Meeko. I would totally do that one. My username on a number of sites has Meeko in it, because he was the only thing I liked about Pocahontas …and all I could think to use back in the early days of the Internet

The only place I ever remember meeting Meeko was Storyteller's Cafe at the Grand Californian in Disneyland but I don't remember him ever being at WDW. I don't even think he's at Storyteller's anymore. It's just Mickey and the gang now.

I'm also a big fan of Meeko - no scratch that, Meeko is the love of my life Sadly there is no M&G, but I got lucky three times: one time at the Hakuna Matata Dance Party (sadly is it no more), one time at Character Palooza and once at the regular M&G with Pocahontas. The last one is your best bet: As I only wanted Meeko, I kindly approached the CMs there several times and asked, if Meeko was seen with her. Mostly the answer was, that he was on the hunt for cookies or on some mischievous adventures, but yeah one time, there was the answer "Oh I've seen him today, perhaps he will join Pocahontas later" - and voila halftime through her actual timeslot Meeko appeared.
Good luck But be aware Meeko is mine , he agreed to my proposal "Will you be my racoon", whished Pocahontas goodbye and has left her with me

He appeared regularly in AK for years. Joined Pocahontas in some of her sets. We ran into him right before the pandemic near the exit at AK.
