Meeting Jack Sparrow

My sister really wants to meet JS when we go in December and we heard that he was doing regular meet and greets with Angelica since the last (or maybe even longer) Christmas Party. Is this true or does he still only do the Pirate Tutorial?

He does appear for the Christmas and Halloween parties, but I don't think they bring out Angelica anymore.
