Meeting Grumpy

My mothers favourite character is Grumpy out of the seven dwarves, and I know that she would really like a photograph with him, when we go in August. If he is out and about where will we find him?

You will see him on the floats in the parades throughout the year but the only time I have ever known the Dwarves to come out for photos with guests are at the Halloween and Christmas parties which are separately ticketed events.
