Is the only way to meet the Frozen characters to stand in line for however long it takes? I didn't see a fast pass option for them. My two year old loves Frozen, but will not be well behaved for a long wait. Thanks!

Olaf meets at DHS, Anna and Elsa meet at Epcot -- neither of those locations have FP+ reservations. But neither location has had very long waits since they've been open.

That's crazy, considering the line I saw in April! Guess it's that plus not being at MK...
The last year they were in MK they lines avg only about 60 min. The 120+ waits were long over. And part of that was because it mixed in FP. Had they had stand by only I don't think the stand by lines would have been as long. Add in that I think they have 1 more set of friends (3 instead of 2) working and it's easy to see how the lines are shorter now.

Makes sense. I still thought 60 was long. ;)

Why has the meet and greet for Anna and Elsa gotten so much shorter than in MK?

There's more sets of sisters so it makes the line move a lot faster. Also no FP available so don't have to hold the line up for FP line to go

- An extra set of sisters.
- Moved back to Epcot, I know families who say their kid just won't meet them now because they are not going to Epcot with young kids.
- The popularity was slowing even in MK, I would often see their line half as long as Cinderella

- Their summerhus is very cool, very detailed. Enjoyed it more than the meet.
- Olaf meet was awesome!!

For some reason my customized TP still has Anna & Elsa meet & greet as a 45 minute wait on my Epcot day; planning on going around 1-2pm. Any idea why it would predict such a long wait? I'm going on 12/5.

Last year at the MK we were ready to go at Rope Drop; back to Fantasyland and we were 9th in line. :thumbsup2 I'd try that at Epcot...check the opening time for the WS and plan to be "ready to roll"...GOOD LUCK...SO enjoyed meeting them last year...especially Anna! :tink:

I second both of these statements!

I actually got to meet Olaf twice, because my photopass photos were bleached out at my first meet. I went back and checked with the CM on the door that the problem was fixed and she whizzed me to the front of the line! (10 minute queue jump! ;) ) Olaf was more fun the second time (and he was good the first!) - we talked about sun burn and he kissed my sunburnt arms better! Cutest ever! ;) :)

I met them in late July at 1 p.m on a Friday and waited 10 minutes. YMMV.

Because it's just wrong. I don't believe they've ever had a 45 min wait, even on the day it opened (we were there)

Great expectations? Maybe they have never updated it from their predictions when it opened.

I agree with AngiTN, I doubt it's ever been that long.

Right now with park opening and already an hour in with EMH (which makes Norway a huge destination) it is only at 20 minutes.

I visited a summer day at noon and it was only posted at 15 minutes and in reality we walked right in.

Disney may very well have missed the window here ..............

Without question. Doubly so with Olaf

Olaf is even more surprising since they held him back from WDW for so long. He should be in his high demand but ............ not.
They simply waited too long for all of this, especially without another movie.
The ride is popular in part just because it's a new ride.
