Meeting Disney Junior Characters at Hollywood Studios

Hi everyone! My kids are really hoping to meet Jake, Sofia, and Doc Mc Stuffins (the Disney Junior Characters) on our upcoming Disney trip! We are only going for a long weekend so only have one afternoon planned at Hollywood Studios. Will it be possible to meet those 3 characters over an afternoon only? How often are they out? Do they each rotate? Is there a set schedule or are they on a times guide? Just wondering how much time to plan for this and if it's possible to see them all in a short amount of time. (We won't be able to do the breakfast with them unfortunately.)

A "couple of hours" is always going to be iffy.
Don't tell you kids in advance about any meeting... to avoid disappointment.

Their typical pattern is to be out the entire scheduled time with short breaks to rotate out friends. Kenny's site is the best resource you'll find for all the info

When we went in 2015 my nephew met Jake and Doc McStuffins and it took what I think was normal (around 10 - 15 minutes each) Last year in 2016, he wanted to meet Pluto & Jake and I think they were inbetween 20-30 minutes each. He wanted to do Doc but we were about to head to our dinning reservation, so we had no time because she did have a bit of a line. I can tell you, each time I go, the one that has the longest line is Sophia. What affects the lines the most is them taking breaks, although they are very short and they do take their times with each child/adult.

If it's a struggle, you can at least watch the Disney Junior show that is quite fun! Hope that whatever you decide, you all have fun!

When we were there over Thanksgiving they were there everyday. We only waited about 15 minutes in each line.
