Meeting Despicable Me Characters?

I've seen videos online of the minions and Gru characters out for photos etc.

Is this a regular occurrence? Where and when will I find them? I love despicable me and want a photo with a minion. I already own the plush and tee lol!

It happens everyday there is a parade.

They usually have two sets where they come out with the parade float and do a little show and then have meet and greets. It should be in the park map the time and specific location.
